Marsha is great! She was very helpful and informative. She prepared everything for us, even thought of cutting the lock so we didnt have to think to bring scissors. She let us know that she may be in the back cleaning and to just give her a call. We had a great move in!

She walked us through the entire process and showed us our storage unit and how to operate the cylinder lock before we left; and always greeted us with a smile and a wave while we made multiple trips to and from our unit that day.
