Great quick service and very helpful and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend AER Group whenever you need an appraisal done! Frank was very thorough, extremely professional and responsive. In our case, we needed an appraisal quickly due to a legal matter and he exceeded our expectations by getting back to us so quickly.

I found Frank through my lawyer who recommended him. It was an excellent recommendation. He responded quickly and his prices were reasonable. Frank is both easy to talk with and very thorough. I worked as an appraiser years ago and I was very impressed. If we have another tax issue, I will call upon him again. I am happy to recommend him to anyone!
