Anna Kenney was our realtor. This was our first time buying a home. It was an awful experience. She was not qualified to sell the home we were buying. There were other items that we wanted to make an offer on along with the home, but Anna told us things didnt work that way. She messed things up for us. She told us to make our offer high but didnt want to try and make a deal on the house and other items. Her concern was with her commission and not for us. We wanted another item along with the house and Anna told us that we cant do that. We then find out that the other realtor on her team was the one to get us the item because Anna didnt know how. There was also an incident with an appliance replacement in the home that shouldve been handled by the agent, but instead had to go through the broker of the firm. We couldnt trust her to do the right thing. She only cared about making money on this deal. She also told us that she fired a client and was very proud of it. I would not recommend her. This was our first time buying a home and Anna ruined it. She is not experienced enough.
