As first time homebuyers, Karl was very understanding & accommodating for all of our questions & concerns. Sometimes, I'm sure we needed a little 'hand-holding' through the process. He never expressed this to us though, and was very courteous & guiding. We felt we could completely trust him, because he made sure to keep us very informed throughout the entire process. He was always immediately responsive, and offered guidance & tips. We really appreciated all of the help we received throughout the process of buying our first home! Now, we just need to start getting unpacked!
