I almost always have a good experience at this location. Today I was served the worst pretzel ever. I ordered a jalapeo and cheese. The cheese tasted like plastic. The pretzel was extremely chewy and very hard in other spots. Tasted like that fan sitting all day. I will think twice before ever coming to this location again.

I love bens pretzels especially the pretzel dog. Stopped today while my wife and I were doing some shopping. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and short with the lady in front of me that asked a couple questions and then was extremely rude to me when I ordered so I told her never mind and left. As a business owner I'm not going to leave a 1 star rating over one bad experience but someone needs to know how she's treating customers
