Tech came in with shoe coverings and very friendly polite and professional. Arrived in time slot given. We had some water come in from a mini flood in basement. Carpets came out very nice and fresh. Even removed a couple stains. Very satisfied and happy to have found this company and will definitely use again in the future

I was very happy with the service i received from Allstar Floor Cleaning! Their customer service was great and they got back to me very quickly with a carpet cleaning quote just minutes after inquiring online. When they arrived they did a quick inspection of the carpets to see what was gonna be needed. The cleaning was quick and efficient! Overall, Im very happy with the service I received!

Allstar did an amazing job on our basement room carpet! We had a horrible sewage backup issue that flooded our entire basement floor, and Allstar was able to remove all of the stains and odors! Would highly recommend!! Definitely plan on using them in the future!

Mike did an excellent job cleaning 5 rooms in our home. A quality job done at a fair price. Appreciated how All-Star gave us a service window, informed us when they were 45 minutes out from our appointment, and showed up right on time. We will use Allstar again in the future.
