The response to my call was quick. Stephanie was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Jack and Sam were professional and quite knowledgeable on how to fix my backup. Jack took the time to explain, in detail, the problem and the possible options to fix. They efficiently fixed the problem and Jack even went out of his way to identify and solve an odor problem we had. Great place!

Hines plumbing was fabulous to work with.
They assessed our home situation, gave us honest feedback and options to move forward as well as a few routes we could go as far as cost. I appreciate the explanation of what was diagnosed and best way to correct.
Jack, the service tech was polite, engaging and explained things thoroughly. We will definitely use them again! And recommend to others!

Had a backed up main sewer line. Jack did an awesome job explaining everything and making sure I was completely satisfied. Ive been in the construction industry for 10 years and you got a great employee with Jack treat him well..
