To make this short & sweet. We went to reeds because they had a nice selection of a variety of trees. We purchased over $3,500 in trees. We purchased 4 Serbian spruces and planted them all in the same day. Two died entirely within 4 weeks. The other two are doing decent. The two dying trees have two complete different issues going on, yet when I call after I exhausted my resources in trying to revive the trees , the only response is unfortunately your trees probably dont like your soil and we dont offer any kind of warranty. Thats the kind of customer service you will receive. Makes zero sense to me when the other 2 trees are normal and are all planted together but two of them are dead. Huge Waste of money, time, and effort. Im very disappointed at this place after the amount of time and money I spent there, my newly built neighborhood and myself will not be purchasing from here and if you want no safety in purchasing your trees with possible issue, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. This wasnt just $100 wasted, this was shy of $900 down the drain.

I have no issues here, I even got 4 yards of free mulch because the driver forgot that he already delivered. So win for me. No issues at all, I call ask for mulch and it shows up. Easy peasy.

Since moving the area a few years ago, Reed's has been our go-to for all things land/hardscaping, and have had generally positive experiences up until this point. Last year, we purchased/planted ~10 arborvitae, and unfortunately a few (3) of them didn't make it through the winter. I asked if they would consider some type of discount/arrangement to replace product that didn't survive more than a few months. Not only was the answer plainly "no," but the representative couldn't have been more rude/unhelpful about their response. Considering the 10s of thousands we've spent @ Reed's over the past few years, it seems petty to not consider any type of remediation option. Going forward, I'd recommend other venues that do offer limited warranties on these types of investments.
