We were told by multiple local businesses to come here to use the public restrooms. It was 2 o'clock in the afternoon, on a Wednesday, and they were all locked up. And, this is even with checking two different facilities on two different blocks(one at the amphitheater stage and one at the iceskating rink). This is absolutely unacceptable for a bustling downtown area with so much foot traffic! Incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. Valparaiso needs to remedy this!!!
Restrooms: 2 o'clock in the afternoon on the Wednesday before Christmas and they were all closed.

Nicole - the restrooms are seasonal at the amphitheater just like most of our restrooms are throughout our whole system. In order to effectively be good stewards of monies, we don’t heat those. The other restrooms by the ice rink are open I. The evening or during special holiday hours. Sorry to hear you were given bad information and could t use those businesses restrooms.
