Dan found great ways to convey all the very complicated stuff of starting a mortgage with Diamond. Even the small stuff like navigation of a web page, he was there to show how. My wife didn't qualify and he even set her up with a way to fast track to getting there. I cannot thank him enough for making the process personal and even enjoyable at times.
