We worked with Rick for months on relocating from our Florida condo to a condo in Valpo. He was a joy to work with -very responsive to our questions and constantly sending the latest listings to us for consideration. Since ours was a long distance move, we were not able to physically view the houses, so Rick suggested that relatives in the Valpo area look at the properties and FaceTime us as they did so. They were our eyes. Even all of the paperwork was via internet. When we walked through the door of our Valpo purchase, it was the first time we actually saw it and we LOVE it.
