My husband and I were moving to town from out of state and Jacki came recommended to us. After a short phone conversation we knew we would be in good hands and moved forward. We planned a house hunting trip with very little notice a few weeks before Christmas. Without hesitation Jacki had several houses lined up and didn't bat an eye that we were taking up one of her weekends during the busy holiday season. Since Jacki was so familiar with the area/market, she was able to get us in to see a house that checked the majority of our boxes although it was just taken off of the market due to an expired listing. We had some hesitation on some of its features, so Jacki scheduled a contractor to meet us the next day to discuss the cost to make updates and we were able to work an allowance into our contract. During the contract process, not only was Jacki a realtor, but also a property manager. Since we were out of state and wanted to use our allowance to make updates upon close, Jacki met several contractors on-site (multiple times) to take measurements, etc. Jacki truly cares about her clients and we have been in our new home for over a month and she continues to check in to make sure our updates are going well and always offering feedback on things to do around the area. You can't go wrong with Jacki!

Jackie was on top of her game during the entire process of selling our house. Her social media strategy is top notch and it aided in selling our house in 4 hours of it being on the market!! She made the process so smooth from receiving the offer and getting us to the closing table!

Jacquelyn Brubaker is a top notch realtor who not only goes above and beyond for her clients, she is always available to answer any questions and will continue to work with you well after closing. She has made my transition so much easier. She really cares about the clients she works with and gets to know you on a personal level to find out exactly what you are looking for and she wont stop until you are completely satisfied.
