HealthLinc Porter-Starke

Why has it become totally impossible to contact HealthLink staff by telephone? Why are voicemail messages never responded to, & consistently ignored, in potentially life-threatening situations? I don't understand this. HealthLink is frightening to deal with. Would it be helpful if the patients had Medicare/Medicaid or their insurance co. directly intervene with HealthLink on their behalves? (THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFICALLY MEANT FOR THE VALPARAISO OFFICES).

I was incredibly pleased with Healthlinc-Porter Stark: The Assistant/Sabrina is naturally friendly, positive, and clearly dedicated to the job at hand. The rooms are cleaned and kept up in the best condition. Karen Cercone. is clearly dedicated to the job at hand. I sincerely appreciate her responsiveness to my wellbeing, and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt they would GO THE extra mile for us. I will continue to look forward to my checkups at this HealthLinc. Thanks for the Great Service!!! Sabrina and Karen have exceeded my expectations!! This Healthlinc-Porter-Stark ROCKS!!!!!

The reviews from the other facility are correct. They don't answer their phones.

I have never had such poor care as I have received by dr.mathews at health Inc. She has discriminated due to my cir and ethnicity, she doesn't take my concerns seriously. I cannot believe that in a professional setting, especially at a place where one is supposed to receive care, that there is such a medically negligent person working here. She is insulting, condescending, and has no regard for the actual welfare of the patients. I would never recommend this facility to anyone, even an animal. I hope someone corrects her many unprofessional and degrading qualities. This doctor should lose her license.
