Jesse Harper is the best attorney money can buy. He helped me out when I was in need and didn't know what to do. He got me an excellent plea agreement. He was professional, knowledgeable, and outstanding. Prices are reasonable. The staff was great also. I definitely recommend!

Very happy with Harper and Harper. Jesse and his assistant Debbie were wonderful. They were always available to answer questions and offer assistance whenever I needed them.They stayed on top of things and kept us informed along the way. Even when things took an unexpected turn Jesse was there to find the answer and make things happen. I originally contacted Harper and Harper because I wanted to make sure all the medical bills got taken care of and so I didnt have to deal with the other insurance company. I could not have gotten better service. Everyone we met at Harper and Harper was professional yet kind and caring. They treated us like family.

I called regarding an expungement of criminal and driving offenses in early July 2021. Spoke to an attorney in regards to fees and came to an agreement as far as retaining services in the amount of 1062.00. I paid total due by July 21 and I have not received one return phone call, text message, or email besides confirmation emails regarding payments by debit card. There has been no movement in regards to my cause and I can only speak to receptionist. Receptionist is very nice and professional but I would like my issue handled that has been paid for. As I write this it is March 3 2022.
