Marla at the front desk was amazing at communicating, giving updates, and streamlining help from the insurance claim.
Scott and his team were honest and immediately contacted me when a large piece of scrap metal blew into my car from high winds in a storm and resulted in extra damage.
They took care of that repair free of charge.
My car was in their care a total of 11 days and came back looking brand new. They even cleaned the interior.
I hope to never need a body shop again- but if I do I will be calling CDE on Washington again.
Thank you to everyone who helped return my car back to me in flawless condition.
