I have had a good experience living here for the past 6 years. My biggest complaint is dog poop. A lot of people don't pick up after their dogs. Staff is friendly. My apartment is great. Sometimes maintenance requests might take a little while to be completed but if it's urgent they will fix it quickly. It may seem a little pricey to some, but probably par for the course. I would recommend living here.

UPDATE: I received a response about this issue SIX MONTHS LATER.. as if Im still looking for a place to live six month later. Such a joke. The reviews for this place speak for themselves. You can tell the good ones are paid for. The owner just tells everyone to call them or email them & when I did email them I didnt hear back AT ALL. What a joke. The woman working in the office was so rude to my partner & I that we didnt even go through with the viewing. We had an appointment set for weeks & it was evident she had no clue when we arrived as she looked annoyed & had no knowledge of who we were or the things we had discussed with who I know now was a woman at a call center. On the phone we were told we could view the 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments as we werent sure which we wanted to go with. However the rude older woman working told us we needed to narrow it down & that the prices were vastly different (basically implying we wouldnt be able to afford the 3 bedroom) when I tried explaining what I discussed over the phone she interrupted me & said well thats a call center & this is me. Its clear she hates her job & is very lazy. Definitely feel like we dodged a bullet based on all the other reviews I wish we had read before wasting our time today. Also the woman in the office was being rude to who I assumed to be a tenant coming into the office to ask a question. They responded over 6 months later saying they wanted to make this right by emailing them to give me a tour. I emailed Do you think they responded to My email? Nope. They just leave reviews back to look good, but clearly if I was looking for a new place to live 6 months ago I am no longer still looking. Its obvious they only sent that response to make themselves look good, not because they actually care. I live near these apartments now & I have seen on the next door app they were without heat or hot water during the coldest days of the year. We definitely dodged a bullet.
