Shannon is a wonderful accountant. I have used her for several years now for personal and business taxes. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she is also very reassuring. I always leave her office feeling better about things and knowing I'm in good hands. When she first took me on as a client she did an amazing job of untangling mistakes that another local accountant made that required liasing with the IRS. Her staff is also extremely friendly. I can't recommend this practice enough.
