        They didn't explain anything while they were doing my taxes. I have so many unanswered questions. And yes the fee was crazy. Around $200. I have never owed taxes but somehow owe this year. Even though I worked all year round I don't even get $1 of taxes back. Not sure how that makes sense at all since taxes were definitely taken from my checks. I also have a retirement fund that I was unsure what to do with. Apparently I don't get any of that money either. It's a "rollover" Which I do not know what that is or anything about retirement funds. She didn't explain what that was to me or why I don't get any of that money.
