    This company is into scamming ppl. They only want your $$. The cost for insurance isn't worth what you pay for it!! My son's house was hit by a tornado, 3/14/24 in Winchester, Indiana. The walls on each end blown out by pressure from inside, windows, blown out, door, garage door, foundation damage, roof has major damage, siding has to be replaced, not to mention inside of house (furnace doesn't work, water either!). Its not safe to be inside of!! You can feel it shifting and cracking if you are inside!! They think all of this should only cost $48k to fix, smh.. The adjuster they sent had 2 cases of Coors Light in his back seat and ready to head to TN for vaca. Took a week and a half, and they were even supposed to send an engineer to look under the house and a more thorough look at the house in general. Haven't seen that guy show up at all. My son hasn't even gotten a copy of the report that the adjuster sent in! Not money for anything. Told if they find him place to stay it's on for 90 days and to rent, he has to pay 1st, last month's rent upfront and damage deposit out of his pocket!! No money for food or anything!! This place is a joke!! Would love to see one of them live in a house like they want my son to live in!! The money we pay for this kind of coverage is unbelievable!! The ppl giving this place a good rating obviously work for them and aren't real ppl!!! The 1 star rating isn't even accurate or good enough for this company!!

    One of their insurers rear ended my sons automobile. I have never heard of an insurance company wanting the driver, who was not at fault to pay for rental car, coverages, and stating that theyll pay him at the end. Their insurer was at fault, and my college age. Son is the one thats being an inconvenienced.They have had his car since February 6. It is now March 21 and were still waiting for them to approve in other words to send the payment to the dealership. Thank God that I work from home because he needs transportation .I have been without my car for 30+ days. My son attends college full time (away from home)has a part-time job and in the army reserves and all of these miles are being placed on my car. Dont get me wrong,I dont mind because this is what a parent should do, maybe this insurance company should compensate me for being without my car for 30+ days () When the dealership got the car they found out that there was more damage than what pictures (which is what this company asked for.) showed, so we knew it was going to take some time.so all we are asking is that they make it right its just very frustrating Please MAKE IT RIGHT
