        This was a joke. I reserved a truck, went in the morning to pick it up, had to open the website, I received a codeword or combination. The lock box would not open, I called the help number and was told the boxes were hard to open, after 30 minutes I told them to refund my money and went to another location. Total waste of time and poor staff that couldnt be bothered!
