It was my first time going to Tommy for my taxes and he did an excellent job. He was super polite and had me in and out in no time. Definitely a great first experience, highly recommend.

They sent our refund to the wrong account at the wrong bank. We went in to ask about it and were told that we should have checked our paperwork before leaving. We paid them $95 and they didn't even verify the banking info matched.
I at no time provided nor was I asked for direct deposit info. We were expecting to pick up a paper check in their office.
The bank that received the deposit bounced it back to the IRS and now we have to wait 10 weeks for a paper check to be mailed to our home address. We would like Mr. Jeffers to refund our tax prep fee of $95.00 and have a staff meeting about account verification and due diligence.
