        Cant even get an online order here. Put one in and the older lady, who seems to be the mom of the owner, doesnt know how to do them. Not sure why they would leave someone in charge that doesnt seem to know how to do their job. Didnt even know how to do a refund. This isnt the first time. Probably wont be back as I like to order online at a lot of places if I go. Just easier.

        This rating has nothing to do with the pretzel I didnt wind up buying and everything to do with watching the girl (I believe named Hillary) who was making them. More accurately shes the girl who was SUPPOSED to be making them. What she was actually doing was wearing the blue gloves that are supposed to be sanitary while scrolling through her phone (something we all know is incredibly dirty) WHILE WEARING THE GLOVES, then scratching her head - again WHILE WEARING THE SAME GLOVES, putting down her phone, and then starts handling the dough WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. Cmon now! I changed my mind and didnt wait for a fresh pretzel. Was going to leave this privately in the survey but the information for finding the survey wasnt accurate.
