They told me that after an exam I could get the frames and lenses. I picked out the same day through my insurance. So after the exam they they changed their mind and said they had to send it to the lab and the lenses I wanted weren't even available. It was a total bait and switch. On top of that the place was filthy and the exam itself was way more than they said it would cost. Stay away.

I am very disappointed in the service. It was $500 for a pair of glasses, buy one get one for free. I called to cancel within an hour of placing my order. They told me it was too late to cancel the order. When I picked upnthe glasses, I am unable to use them because it is blurry. I went back into the store to address this problem. They told me it would be $89 to have the lens repaired so I could use the glasses. Do not go to here for glasses!

Very understaffed and unprofessional. Employees talked about a patient right in front of me while they were supposed to be doing part of my exam. Exam started an hour after scheduled time, and then it took an hour for someone to check me out. The prices stated on the website are incorrect, and there are 2 additional charges on top of the price of the Exam that you are unable to refuse because they are 'part of the exam, but cost extra' so what ever price they quote you, expect to be charged ATLEAST $90 more

Really rude staff they said my contacts would be $200 for a 30 day supply and I told them I couldnt make the payment I order online for contacts and glasses and I tried to get them to send my prescription over so I called and the lady proceeded to tell me I have to come in and get my prescription no problem then she stated I shouldnt be even wearing contacts and that this brand I have is bad and I need to wear glasses will not be coming back !

Spent over $500 for two pairs of glasses and they are worse than my old ones I just about have to take my glasses off to read, I was also convinced into getting bifocals which I hate and do not see any purpose for them no matter what I do they are always blurry. I got one pair of glasses and it's been almost a month and have not gotten the 2nd pair.
