I am absolutely thrilled with the new grass installation performed by PLC! The quality of their work is exceptional, and my lawn has been transformed into a lush, green paradise. From the initial consultation to the final touches, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. My yard has never looked better, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I contacted Precision Lawn Care and advised of the work we wanted done on a property we were purchasing...stumps to be removed and the yard cleaned up and seeded where dirt and cement had been dumped. They sent a quote and I accepted it, but asked they hold off work until after we closed on the property. They agreed and said they would call me the first week of May to see if we had a closing date. After the first week of May came and went with no word, I reached out to them to be told they were waiting on me to call. They advised they would be out the following week. Again, another week goes by with hearing nothing so I emailed requesting an update and was told another week as they were waiting for local service to give the clear to proceed. Local services came out and flagged our property and my wife called Precision Lawn Care to advise them. The lady on the phone said "he" spoke to me that morning and that we need to work on our communication. 1) Very unprofessional 2) Very inaccurate because I never spoke with him as it was my first day of a new job and this lady ended up realizing while on the phone that it was someone else he spoke to, but failed to apologize for her inconsiderate comment. Finally we were told they would be out there first thing in the morning...which apparently means after 9am, but they showed up at least. But when they did....one of the guys came beating on our back door accusing our babysitter who was home with our child of moving flags. When she assured him there was ever only one flag marked by the local services he made the comment, "Well, we'll find out when I start digging." He also felt it was acceptable to smoke on the job and on my property. To top it off, they pulled the stumps and seeded where pulled, but did NOTHING to the rest of the yard as requested. They need to work on their communication with customers and professionalism. Being new to the area I've told several we know what work we THOUGHT we were having done and they asked who was doing the work. Now I will make sure they know who the work was NOT done by and recommend unless you like having to follow up constantly, be accused of marital miscommunication, and accused of moving local service flags, and not having the job fully done, then this is the company for you! Saw 1 of their drivers of truck and trailer cuss a flagger in front of my house , personally haven't used their services, may be good at what they do but very rude to someone just doing their job. That is making our roads much better for our community Roadwork has been posted for a week, should have drove around.
