Roehm Refrigeration Heating & Cooling

We had Roehm install a furnace, heat pump, and duct at our previous house a few years ago and were so impressed with their service and products, that we of course had to have them install new units in our new house when we moved this past summer! In a day and age where great customer service is hard to find, that is simply not the case with them! Their techs, owner, and ladies in the office are always so friendly and helpful. Beth has treated us like family (I'm sure she is just as great to all of her customers!). Any time we have had any questions or concerns, they have had a tech at our house within hours to take a look. I cannot recommend them enough!!

We have been customers for 20 years and received excellent service. Each service tech has been knowledgeable and very pleasant answering all our questions. At times a Tech may call another for advice so as to be correct. The owner and office staff have always been available and the pricing is quite fair. I would recommend Roehm without reservation and would use no other. Jim Jenkins Since my last post we returned home Jan 15, 2024 and found the furnace had stopped. I called the emergency line and John returned my call in minutes. He responded within 20 mins, found the problem, left to secure the proper part and returned. He installed the part and we had heat. I simply couldn't ask for more or better answers to the problem. I still wouldn't use any other.
