Ron was absolutely amazing to work with. He was able to get the inspection scheduled quickly. He was amazingly thorough and took his time to ensure he notated everything and wanted to ensure that he did right by us. He had the full report to us will all pictures captioned within 48 business hours from the day of the inspection. My step father who worked his whole life building houses and commercial buildings from the ground up was EXTREMELY impressed by his work. I can not recommend enough having him come to an inspection.

I cannot recommend Ron enough for your home inspection! He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything to us along the way. Ron was friendly and made me feel like family, but also very professional in appearance as well as practice. His report was detailed and his advice was honest and clearly backed by years of experience. He was able to schedule our inspection and deliver a report in a timely manner. If we ever need to have a home inspection again, we will not hesitate to call Ron and we will recommend him to friends and family. We were extremely impressed with him all around and our real estate agent was impressed, as well. He is absolutely worth every penny!

I'm so thankful for Google reviews. I am a single mom and this is my first home that I'm buying. Ron is the first one that came up with flawless reviews. He was worth every dollar! I was very nervous at first about hiring someone & hoping they wouldn't give me a junk job and/or take advantage. He gave me a 42 page report on the home that I'm purchasing. He always answered when I called. He was extremely nice & very intelligent in his field of work. He was extremely thorough & he went above and beyond with his home inspection. I felt very confident and comfortable after hiring him. I would suggest him to anyone and everyone!

Ron went above and beyond with our inspection. He does not miss out on any details and takes his time. He makes sure he hits every nook and cranny of the house and writes up a very detailed report with pictures. I would highly recommend without reservation!

There are not enough stars to give this man and his service. It's invaluable. Trust me. No matter what price he quotes you. Pay it. It's more than worth it. I will use this man on any and every house I need inspected. Homebuyers: take to heart what I am saying. This man is GOLD.
