Very poor communications. Told me that they would call me back and never did after calling them twice. They were a no call no show when they were suppose to measure the 4 rooms, 5 days ago. I did email customer care and all they said was to call the store, no help from them. I finally was contacted after after getting a hold of Charles Tyson, the CEO and now we are moving forward on my install.

Great location to get your next flooring at. Donny not only has a great sense of humor but is extremely helpful in making sure you get everything you need for your project.

When we purchased our new home, we wanted to run the flooring from the front of the house throughout. After learning it was purchased at LL flooring, I stopped in to check prices and availability. Donnie was a joy- extremely helpful and informative of the process. He made sure we had everything we needed and explained all of our options for measuring, delivery, and install. We choose to do those things ourselves, and we were able to purchase and pick up as soon as we were ready. 10/10 would recommend.
