Lady answering the phone has zero customer service skills in my opinion. Was given an estimate and they showed up and wanted 100$ more if I didnt need the rock I would e waited on another company. Wish I didnt have to pick any stars

I gave 2 stars as they only take a 50 minimum when using a debit or credit card, and you only find that out after the fact. It's not even posted anywhere about the minimum amount! She verbally told me after the fact.....1

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. If I didnt have to choose a star I wouldnt! I called and asked for gravel a load of septic rock for a drain, the woman on the phone sounded instantly annoyed. Her name is Karen ( shouldve known!) anyways was told the rock could be delivered today maybe tomorrow and if not more than likely Monday I asked if she could give me a date and she said no. I called the next day to see if it was going to happen and she said no probably Monday. So I told her Im going to call around since she couldnt give me an even a day that it would be delivered she said okay if you find someone call me back. I found someone that said they could potentially squeeze me in Monday so I told them okay I have someone else also saying maybe monday and I guess whoever calls first gets the job. The second place called Monday 10am before McGuire called literally so I told the first place okay and then called my husband to let him know that the gravel was on the way and where the check was for it and how much to make it out for, as I was on the phone McGuire called and said they would be on the way with the rock I told her we have someone coming and before I could finish speaking Karen told me I was suppose to call and hung up on me. I was going to tell her we already have rock but turns out we needed that one too so it works out but she hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. I told my husband I didnt want to go with them because of how rude she was so we called the other guy back and the plant that he picks up from were out of rock and we would have to wait so I told my husband to call and deal with her so he did and she couldnt give a day let alone a round about time when we could expect the rock unfortunately we had to go with them because the other guy couldnt do it. Now the price from McGuire has gone up by 100$ from the original quote. The lady Karen answering the phone in my opinion is extremely unprofessional and rude. Not even only that but it went up 100$ four days apart!!! Save your money go somewhere else!!!
