Update: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING of the OPEN BOX items. I bought a an open box tablet from this store, it has few scratches on the screen, and a small line on the screen edge just beside the front camera, I wasn't sure if it a crack or just a scratch on the surface. I asked the seller agent and he confirmed it is only a surface scratch and not a crack. but after looking at the device for few days, I found that it is a real crack of 3/8" length and not a surface scratch. I'm disappointed with that because it will extend across the screen very quickly, because it will be used by my kids. Thanks, --------- Helpful staff specially in the tablets section But for the open box devices should be minimum level of accessories for the device even when they resell it again to others. Any open box device should has at least a charger, because a device without charger has no meaning, specially in tablets and laptops. Thank you.
