The best dental experience Ive ever had. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with hospitality, snacks and beverages while you wait. As a first timer I was introduced to the team and given a quick tour of the facility. You are offered a menu of amenities before the start of your exam to make sure your appointment is as comfortable as possible. At all points during examinations and treatments they are very transparent with the findings of the examination and the plans for treatment. Overall a 10/10 experience. If youre looking for the best place in town for dental work, Elite Smiles is the place to go. They go above and beyond!

Their website says they accept insurance but that isn't true, they only take 3. They will bill your insurance but do not accept the insurance rates and will charge you above what your insurance says they are allowed to. $2300 for 3 small fillings, 2 adult cleanings and 2 child cleanings, we thought we owed about $200 after insurance processed but no, they want it all. That's when they finally admitted they only contracted with 3 insurance companies and ours wasn't one of them. They may seem nice on the surface but they are shady with their billing.
