        Well when you have an appliance that needs fixed, most generally, it can't wait over a weekend or 3 -4 days out. This is their practice. Maybe need more technicians or hurry them along from job to job and get things done in a timely manner. I'm aware things happen but to be so expensive just to come out and assess the appliance then it should be in good timing for the customer not employee.

        They took several weeks to come out and check the washer. I asked for a Monday or Friday appointment. I finally called them back and they came out. They didn't call me to let me know that they would not return to fix my washer because my Lowe's home protection plus didn't want to pay for the repair. Terrible communication!
