Shady Oak Village - Senior Living Apartments

We just moved in July of 2022 so almost 3yrs her and we love Mgr. Amanda Corey And maintenance Ron Cook are and awesome team they work hard to keep everyone happy and we even have a office dog Lola she is a sweetheart but I can't say enough good things about Amanda and Ron he seems to know how to work on everything he even cooks at our events we have once a month and love our dougnuts days the 2nd Tues of month. Work out room is great and bingo is great and just started bible study so I am very happy here and husband loves walking and chihuahua bella jean loves it too. Thanks to the management and maintenance team for all you do....

I have lived at Shady Oaks for a little over a month. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and positive attitude of Amanda, the property manager. She and Ron, the maintenance supervisor have both been very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire move in process.

I have never rented an apt/house where I have had such quick response to maintenance problems big or small! Amanda & Ron see that problems are inspected & repaired within a day & less! If you want safety & service, Shady Oak Village is the place to live for prompt aid & attention.

Great property manager! She keeps everything running smoothly. Super maintenance man! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Quickly takes care of any problems! Great place to live!
