They tore the front of my car up lots of damage, they said that they couldn't get car out I told them to hook on trailer hitch and pull it out of ditch same way it went in 5 minutes later they had it out. "Idiots"

Typical towing was fine. They're customer service is horrible. Unknown to myself and party, They don't accept personal checks. They REFUSED to even make a simple call to the bank to verify funds.
