        Had monster trash now they are Rumpke they said that they were not going to change anything but are charging for 2 months instead of 3 months we have had monster trash for at least for 20 years and now you got these people Service: Trash removal & disposal

        Very unprofessional. When they switched from Monster to Rumpke our trash service has gone downhill. For the last four weeks are trash has not been picked up on time. Week one our trash was picked up two days later. Week two our trash was picked up the following day. Week three our trash was picked up in the middle of the night. Week four our trash has yet to be picked up again. Each week that Ive called Ive gotten a different story, first week were sorry we will get someone out there ASAP. Second week was told our drivers have till 5 PM we will get someone out there.Third week was told they have 24 hours to pick up your trash they can come at any time during that 24 hours to pick up your trash . This week we are now 4hours into the next 24 hours and no one has picked our trash up. My advice to anyone looking for trash service and you happen to be older or a parent of small children in diapers or even have a long walk from your home to where the trash pick up spot is do not use this company you will regret it you will be in the same situation we are in. Activity looking for a new trash service. Service: Trash removal & disposal

        I am pricing a dumpster rental. The website was redundant in the fact I could call their number for pricing. If I am going to visit a website, I'd expect some basic/general pricing to be listed.
