A/B Plumbing

Had AB put in a reverse osmosis system. I had put the drain part of it together to save some time and money. I have put these in before I had neck surgery and it would take me around 5 hours to do it. It took this guy all weekend to finish the job. He also put a new part on my well. A simple part that just attached to the outside of tank, which the next day was making a knocking noise. He did work for my neighbor on a water line from road to house and he put a hole in their septic tank. He wasn't going to say anything but the owner caught it. Stay away from AB plumbing!

They were responsive and worked hard to fix everything to code. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

We used their services twice. The first time was a simple unclogging of the kitchen sink drain and that went well. The second and now the last time we called for them to replace a toilet that was leaking. A day later we noticed that the tank was leaking from where it meets with the seat. My wife sent a message stating what was going on and his response was .."that's not good". Nothing about when he'd be out to see what's going on. An hour later another message was sent and was met by total silence. I then messaged him....I attempted to call, but apparently he doesn't like to pick up the phone. I asked if he was going to come out and see what was going on. His response was "tomorrow but needed to know what time". My wife then followed up with a time and we again heard nothing and he obviously did not show up. I again sent a message and asked what time he would be by "tomorrow" and all I got back was a weird scripted number. Apparently he has no intentions on following up on his work and right now I have a $550 dollar porcelain floor ornament and will need to call another plumber before I can turn the water back on so that we can use it. I will never use his services again nor would I recommend him to anyone. This situation has made him $550 richer and I one toilet down.

Steve hooked up my tiny house to water and septic, which involved digging to find the pipes. He was very knowledgeable and also installed a whole house water filter. He was easy to communicate with, in a timely manner, and i would hire him again.

We called A/B Plumbing on Friday and were in need of service between then and the following Tuesday. Steve ensured us he would work all weekend if he needed to in order to complete the job. He came out that evening to get an idea of the work that need to be done and said he would be out early in the morning on Saturday. At 8 am on Saturday he said he was putting together a supply list and getting a quote ready. By 10 he said he was waiting on his helper to arrive. We contacted him a few more times throughout the day, he said his helper was not showing up but not to worry he would be here by 5:30. Once 6 pm rolled around we called him and he said hed be here in 20 minutes. At 7 he texted us that he was unable to make it. He said he would 110% be out the next day by 10 am. At 10:30 we called him and he did not pick up. Extremely unreliable, I hope no one else has to go through this. Luckily we found a back up plumber in an even shorter amount of time so we will not be using A/B nor recommending them to anyone.
