        Horrible communication with the women who answer the phones. Keep saying a delivery needs to be made but yet nothing has showed up for multiple days now. We tell you our available hours several times now. Not sure why it's so hard to get a delivery made from this company.

        Refused to wait 10 minutes for office staff to return from lunch to unload freight. Staff member actually saw the driver pull out of the lot at 1:54. Driver first made contact with us at 1:44 and we said we would get someone there ASAP. Then when called on it XP gave us a one star review on our business even though we have never done any work or service for them.
