Canney's came in tested the water and let us know what a solution to our water hardness was. Kevin set up the install and everything went off with out a hitch. Now to get on their salt delivery schedule and make it even easier for them to manage it! Who likes to haul 40lb Salt bags to the basement anyways?!? Thanks Kevin and Canney's!

We needed a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed to replace an old box store softener that died and a good friend of ours recommended Canneys. We were impressed with the sales process and how we were treated.a major factor determining why we chose Canneys. The installation was efficient and professional and everything was cleaned up when it was finished. The difference in salt usage has been absolutely incredible. We are using at least half the amount of salt as before which is great. The system has worked flawlessly the past two years. Their salt delivery service has been phenomenal. Water softeners arent exciting, but Canneys made it a pleasant experience.

It was great working with Kevin and the team at Canney's. Kevin was helpful, informative and made sure we got squared away with our new water softener and filtration system in no time. We were able to ask all of our questions and he was great in explaining all the steps of setting us up. As for the quality of the water, 10 out of 10. Our water is so much better both the filtered drinking water and the soft water for everything else. After 3 years of hard water, I'm delighted with our set-up and already see the feel the difference.

these people will absolutely screw you out of money & will not care one bit. terrible experience and terrible customer service. my fianc and i moved into our first house back in september and the guy living here before us used this company. we had no idea about this company or this service being used in our new house until one day someone randomly showed up with a bunch of salt bags. the ONLY reason we let them do the service is because the guy assured us we wouldnt have to pay for it since we didnt order it once we explained the situation. the previous owner ordered this service before we moved in, scheduled it for after, and left us with the bill. a month and a half goes by and Kevin, the owner shows up at our house to collect money. my fianc wasnt home so kevin called my fianc, goes back and forth insisting you said you would pay for this you said this you said that. we had NEVER talked to this guy before. he figures out he got our number and names mixed up with the previous owner, everything is silent for yet another month and a half. we get a letter in the mail last week of a bill that is past due for said service. my fianc goes in to once again get this whole thing figured out. anytime we have expressed anything about this situation they DO NOT CARE. they just want their money. long story short, the previous owner of our house CALLED them after we moved in, told them to move the account in our name (the receipt from when they came literally still had the previous owners name and account number on it too), and told them we would take care of the bill!! this was $200!! $200 we DONT have mind you. ALSO owner stated that when he came to collect the money that he spoke to me and said I verified that i was there for and witnessed the delivery. I WAS NOT HOME for the service nor did he ever talk to me about that. he asked if (my fiancs name) was home and i said no and he left his card. that was it. as a business i understand when a service is done it needs to be paid for, but the fact our name was transferred to the account and we got stuck with this bill withOUT our knowledge OR any sort of agreement or contract is absolutely insane and unacceptable. how this even happens or is even legal is beyond me. we are absolutely livid with our experience and this company and will not be using them in the future.
