Excellent prices for what the rooms are. Friendly staff Rooms: Well they're old but affordable Nearby activities: South band motor speedway nearby as well as shopping, Notre Dame about 8 miles away so definitely a good place to go to be frugal and have money to have fun

WoW. Room, service and location is five stars Spacy rooms where you don't feel trapped, beautiful woods surrounded this property and SR 2 goes straight trough room 110 and trough the bathroom of room next to it. Right now all the rooms are under construction Nearby activities: Bathroom available in the woods behind the motel.

I've been here since March 2023 me and the manager / owner should be the only ones that have a key somebody stole my credentials he took me to court and I got to be out it is him I believe wholeheartedly that stole my identity I do have proof Rooms: I can only say for me I've been in four rooms everyone on this horrible each room I stayed in I had to fix up on my own Nearby activities: There is no activities except for the Dollar general across the street in the South bend motor speedway that's it Safety: There is nothing furniture for safety there's no fire extinguishers I just posted bare wires in the bathroom at the on the ceiling that is a fire hazard there is but only two plug-ins that you can plug into in this room that I am absolutely horrible Walkability: Walkability that's what you'll be doing if you don't have a car is walking 1 2 3 me to do anything Food & drinks: This motel Royal inn has no ice machines they have a pop machine up front that doesn't work there is no breakfast breakfast breakfast in bed there's no nothing Noteworthy details: The only noteworthy detail that I can give you is stay away this is a horrible place the manager / owner is only now trying to get a LLC license for it because of me because he knows I'm fixing to put him under he has treated me horrible I paid the Man twice since I've been here I was $700 behind I gave him $500 it is downright unacceptable the way this business if that's what you want to call it is ran.
