        Worst customer service ever. They hung up on me and questioned why I keep coming here if the service isnt good. I tried to call customer service outside before closing hours to get a refund and they called the police on me because I was blocking the entrance. The police talked to me and told me I was not blocking anything and Im good to go after explaining. Never going to Arbys again. I understand its not always the staffs fault but the way this was dealt with was so unnecessary and embarrassing.
