Bruce is a rarity in the business. He's both knowledgeable and immensely kind. He will advocate for you when needed, and mediate between you and the contractors. He has the answers to questions you didn't even know you had. He'll even be there for you after you close the deal, ready to take care of whatever problems arise. I can't recommend him enough.

Bruce sold our home in October 2022. He was an excellent, calming presence to work with. He took phenomenal photos of our home for the listing, and we had multiple competitive offers in just a few days. Furthermore, we moved outside of the area he works, but he provided us an excellent agent to buy our new home, and they worked together flawlessly to make our move as easy as possible.
