If I could give negative stars, I would. When I say run from this place, I MEAN RUN. Very unprofessional, lazy, and take no pride in their work. He does not explain things clearly. Evaluated and diagnosed off questionnaires only, and never physically assessed my son to form his own opinion. It took over 2 months to receive documentation that was not even acceptable to insurance companies. I cannot begin to explain my disappointment.

The therapist I got to diagnose my autism was nice, and I liked him. However, its been over a year and I still havent received my written diagnosis for my doctor / work, despite calling multiple times every few months or so. Ive even been hung up on in the middle of a conversation when I asked about getting my written diagnosis sent in the mail. They hardly ever answer the phone, and NEVER return calls. Overall, I wouldnt recommend them.

I work with Behavioral Services and Therapy often. The Therapist work to increase communication skills, social skills, problem solving and so much more. They help all abilities learn in diffrent creative ways to decrease negative responses and turn them to positive responses for everyday life. They work to help people adapt to become more independant ultimately creating a meaningful life. Quality services is what comes to mind when I think of BST.
