After our Priority Risk Agent encouraged us to not make a claim for such a "minor" parking lot incident, about 6 months afterwards, Teri found out about the accident. The offending company, unknown to us, had accepted liability about 1 month after the accident. We are so thankful for Teri and her initiative to see how this had been resolved. Because of her diligent effort, we now have a check from the other insurance company!
