So I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that no one there woke up today and decided to do even the bare minimum of their job. I ordered curly fries, was given the crinkle fries. I ordered two plain roast beefs, to be DRENCHED in cheddar sauce, but was instead given two uncooked roast beefs drenched in horsey sauce, a half squirt of cheddar sauce, and on the wrong buns. I also ordered 4 cups of cheddar sauce on the side for the fries...got home, opened them up, and they ended up not even being half full.
I can only assume that instead of actually making what I ordered, they decided to just grab whatever had been sitting under the heat lamp for God knows how long. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to comprehend that order at all, especially after I was specific. I'm happy I didn't order a drink with no ice, because I probably would've been given a cup full of ice with a squirt of soda in it. What a waste.
I've worked in fast food, as well as the restaurant industry, and I can confirm that this was laziness and incompetence, pure and simple. Especially since I ordered the same thing from this place yesterday, and yesterday they nailed it. Pamela got the order right. Whoever worked today didn't actually work.
