Terrible workmanship and quality, every cabinet around where they were working has nicks, mars and bangs, huge scrapes on doorway jams, used a sander without a vacuum large amounts of dust everywhere, left doorways open in unrelated areas, the finish and color on the floor didn't match the existing. The owners never came by to check quality. I would not use these people again.

My mother in law hired this company. After having to come and redo the floors after they looked horrible the first time, these pictures are the final product. The guy sanded down the floors so much that the stain was stripped off on parts. The ENTIRE floor is bubbled and has debris in the gloss. There are spots where it was not smoothed or evened out. His bag broke and dust went everywhere. He didnt cover up doorways to other areas and did not vacuum until completely finished. There was dust EVERYWHERE. He said to clean it up herself. For 20 years of experience he still didnt know how to do floors. He left a mess in the house and in the driveway and threw his sanding into the outside trash can. These floors are absolutely horrible and will have to be completely redone. The owner apologized but never even came out to see the shotty work.
