        I have been looking for the better part of a year for the perfect move to make. After researching and RE-researching, and viewing multiple apartment complexes, I could not believe what I finally found... The Hill is everything I could have wanted and more. My studio apartment has ample space (even for a studio), a brand new washer/dryer that is super quiet, large bathroom, brand new dishwasher, microwave, fridge, everything. The common areas are immaculate and my neighbors are friendly. I hear no outside noise. The property manager, Carmen, is professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive. I love my stu more every day! Great place to be!

        Great location halfway between Notre Dame campus and downtown South Bend. New, clean and modern. Residents' facilities including gym, parking, mailroom and breakout areas. Property manager Carmen is super friendly and helpful. Great views of the sunset every night from our 2nd floor apt.

        You cant beat the location! Carmen is lovely as well. Brand new apartments so they are clean and with the security measures, I always feel safe.
