        Front desk lady that answers the phone is rude I called to ask a simple question and in building up to the question she cut me off as I can tell that she was annoyed when she asked the question that cut me off mid sentence she said sir what do you need as if I was wasting her time or she had got annoyed by the 10 seconds that we had been on the phone very very rude

        It is what you make out of it. They are not going to babysit you. Their main goal is to make money for the CEO and board members. There are some good people, case manager James Trotter is in charge of Veterans. He is rough but fair, you depend on him to care about you, but again you are a man, not a baby. Sylvia is a great chef. Lots of convicts with multiple felonies so watch out. I utilized their service for almost 4.5 years and hope to be success. Most fail, I know of only 2 who stayed sober and clean. So if you want it you have to go for it full force. Good luck to you and may God bless you.
