Sherri's Heavenly Balloons

These ladies are the best! They took my balloon order super last minute. And the SpongeBob arrangement they made for me was adorable. My son absolutely loved it. Its still sitting on his dresser 2 weeks later! Highly recommended to everyone!

I love this business and the owner! Shes great to work with! She loves involving herself in the community, helping/ donating when and where she can. Ive personally ordered from her and Ive never had any issues with her products. Great quality and great service!!! I HIGHLY recommend Sherris Heavenly Balloons I attached a picture of her most recent work. She donated 2 balloon towers to the St. Joseph Catholic school/ church Reverse Raffle.

Sherris team was excellent! Very good with communication and exceeded my expectations! They worked with me through the design process and my final balloon installation was perfect! They were such a joy to work with and they went above and beyond - even helping me carry items in from my car while I was setting up the event. They worked quickly and efficiently on my timeline and they had wonderful attitudes / personalities I would confidently recommend them to anyone their pricing was very reasonable and made it possible for my event to have a high quality focal point!

Sherri just did my daughters baby shower. It was beautiful. I'm trying to upload a picture but it was beautiful. I have uses Sherri in the past for birthdays and graduations but she really out did herself this time with the baby shower. I might add she is really sweet too.

TLDR: I needed balloons I purchased elsewhere aired up. They offered to blow them up free of charge and worked outside of normal hours to get what I needed, even though it was my fault for waiting until the last minute. My car died and I couldn't pick them up, so they delivered to me. Instead of simply filling the balloons, she put together some towers and added their own balloons in to make them extra special! I paid (due to my insisting) a very reasonable fee in exchange for the absolute best customer service, an amazing product, and my expectations being blown away. They were the biggest hit with the kids and my son is still playing with them weeks later! I bought balloons for my son's birthday party, thinking the place they were purchased was able to blow them up for me. When I found out otherwise, I called Sherri's on a hope and a prayer that they would be willing to do it. She told me they could definitely help and to bring them in! I brought them on a Saturday afternoon (the day before his party) and even though her specialist (Donna) was very busy, she offered to get them done before I needed them and wasn't going to charge because it was "just air!" I obviously insisted on paying and gave her my information to be in touch. She reached out on Sunday morning and when I went to leave the house, I found my car wouldn't start. I let her know that I was trying to find a way to get them and she offered to deliver them, then brought them out very quickly. I was thinking I would just get the balloons on strings, but she put together a couple of towers and, in addition to providing tape to hang the leftovers that wouldn't fit in the tower, I noticed she had used some of their balloons to really make them special. I insisted they charge more than just a delivery fee; they thankfully did, but it was an incredibly reasonable price for going above and beyond, exceeding any expectations by miles! I cannot recommend them enough! The towers were a huge hit with the kids and my son is still playing with them. Donna really made his special day extra special - thank you so much for all that you did!
