        Extremely frustrated with Strypes customer service while they renegotiate our contract for lawncare in The Havens. Our kids are no longer able to play in the common space in our court because the grass is so long. Bugs are worse, too, because the grass is so long. During negotiations Strypes is refusing to cut these common areas. I know I don't know all the details and don't need to, but good customer service goes a long way and this isn't it.

        Hands down one of my favorite vendors to work with. They are so professional, always responsive, & consistently follow through with requests. If they see anything that needs improvement or additional TLC they immediately bring it to my attention. You seriously can't go wrong with these guys! Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
