Do not order from this company! I have two chairs that have leather straps under the seat cushion that over time have become brittle and have cut into the chair cushions, ruining the very durable fabric. I notified the company and they do not stand behind their product. They placed the blame on the home decorating store where I purchased the chairs.

I ordered two Old Hickory sofas through Horchow Home. I was supposed to receive them no later than Match 25th 2022. I doubled checked through Horchow Home and they doubled checked with Old Hickory furniture that I was to receive them no later than March 25, 2022, because they were for an event I was having. On March 25th they sent an email stating now I wont receive them until the end of June. I told them I was needing them by March 25 and dont need them if they cannot send them by the date as promised. Horchow told me they canceled the order, but Old Hickory wont.
They are a lying switch and bait company and dont stand behind their products and shipping times. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM OLD HICKORY FURNITURE. Service: Couches/sofas
