        Dealing with this bank upon the death of my mother-in-law has been the most stressful and inefficient form of customer service I have ever witnessed!  Paperwork that was needed to release funds were 1st filed by them two days early, which then required us to come back in and refile. We refiled and then two weeks later we called to check on the status and we told we didn't turn paperwork in to them. Now we have to refile again, due to their incompetence! This means we have not had access to funds since MAY!!!

        Very difficult to close an account. I withdrew all my money with the intent to close. Shortly therafter I got hit with fees for having no balance, followed by additional daily fees for being negative. I couldn't close online. I went in to close in person. I offered to pay all fees to close the account but was told I'd have to come in another day no matter what method I used to pay fees.
